Maputofu

- 400 g Tofu
- 1 pieces Onion
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 2 cm Ginger
- 1 pieces Red Bell Pepper
- 2 pieces Tomato
- 2 pieces Red Chili Pepper
- 400 ml Coconut Milk
- 2 ml Vegetable Oil
- 2 teaspoons Curry Powder
- 1 teaspoons Salt
- 1 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 10 g Fresh Cilantro
- 400 g Cooked Rice
Schritte

Press the tofu to remove excess water. Cut it into cubes.

Finely chop the onion, garlic, ginger, red bell pepper, and tomato.

In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
