Maputofu

- Onion 1 pieces
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Ginger 2 cm
- Red Bell Pepper 1 pieces
- Tomato 2 pieces
- Red Chili Pepper 2 pieces
- Coconut Milk 400 ml
- Vegetable Oil 2 ml
- Curry Powder 2 teaspoons
- Salt 1 teaspoons
- Black Pepper 1 teaspoons
- Fresh Cilantro 10 g
- Cooked Rice 400 g

Press the tofu to remove excess water. Cut it into cubes.
